on discharge she was handed over a prescreption of orally oxacillinat a dose of 500 mg four time daily.
after two week she was again admitted in the Emergency departmentbecause of her fever,body rashes,blood in urine,and reduce urineurgency.
the Mrs farveen blood bochemistry is
blood urea nitrogen level=34mg/dl
serum creatinine level=2mg/dl and elevated Wbc counts.
urinalysis showed the fractional excreation of sodium as 3% and apositive test for the presence of eosinophils, and Rbc.
