You must 1) make a grocery list of healthy, natural, minimally processed basics with the cost of each item and the total for the week, assuming you already have “staples” like olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and whole wheat non-enriched flour/almond flour, etc, 2) Write out a 7-day healthy menu using the items that you bought (remember that this is not what you normally eat on a weekly basis, it is an ideal meal plan with your macronutrients), 3) Write a reflection paragraph comparing your healthy diet on a budget with your current diet. You might want to write about cost differences as well as health differences. If your current diet is similar to your created diet, write about how they are similar and why you choose to eat healthy.
