core-terminal domain(Pten ?C) is created. Tissue culture cells
expressing either the normal PTEN or the truncated PTEN proteins
were produced and are referred to as PTEN+/+ and PTEN +/?C.. The
difference in expression for 6 genes (listed on X axis) between the
two types of cells is presented in the figure at right. Would PTEN
presence normally activate or repress these genes?
