Now she is experiencing a third episode but this time the pain is strong and it hurts. She sat down to catch her breath and stubbed out the cigarette she had been smoking while vacuuming the carpet. Rhonda’s husband and daughter have been trying for 3 years to get her to stop smoking. The doctor has told her to exercise and bring her blood pressure down because it has been on the high side, B/P-158/92. She feels she is okay since her cholesterol is only 30 points above the average. How bad can that be since she feels fine? Suddenly, Rhonda feels another painful episode but this time she feels a tightening pain around her heart, which moves up to her jaw and left arm.
