Part 1: Personal Reflections Introduction: For this assessment part, you are required to reflect on your own personal perspectives and their impact on your approach to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. To successfully complete this task you will need to complete the seven personal reflective questions. When: This section will take place during your work placement you will need your workplace supervisor to verify your written reflections.
