• The structures and functions of the digestive system.
• The processes of mechanical and chemical digestion including theoptimum conditions for the enzymes involved. You must discuss atleast two specific named enzymes, for example, pepsin.
• The constituent food groups of a balanced diet and provideexamples of their sources.

You will need to produce a set of slides using PowerPoint orsimilar software. You can then use these to support the delivery ofyour presentation. Any notes that you have used to support thedelivery of your presentation must also be submitted.
Your presentation will need to be video recorded and the relevantfile submitted as part of your assignment. The video must clearlyshow you delivering the presentation with your slides in thebackground. A copy of the slides you have written and used willalso need to be submitted.
Your presentation should be a maximum of 8 minutes induration.
