In the middle-class countries today, only a small populationof Phlebotomy Technicians exist in the healthcare industry. Most ofthem are present only in well-established or well-funded medicalinstitutions. So, the rest of the institutions withoutPhlebotomists only rely on the skill of Medical Technologists toperform Phlebotomy duties.
Do you think it is important for the middle-class countries tofocus more on the recruitment, education and certifications ofPhlebotomists? Or should we just settle on the skill of Medicaltechnologists alone since they are able to do all of theirduties?
