Search on what nutrients are especially important for thepregnant and nursing mother? How many calories do theyneed? What supplements are important and when should they bestarted? You will have to do some investigation to answer all thesequestions. If you know some experts it is a good idea to startthere. Otherwise, you can begin with the Mayo Clinic.
