——–What can you agree and disagree about the statementabove?

Issues at a place of employment can vary depending on wheresomeone works and the standards that are to be upheld by that placeof business. In my facility, there seems to be a shortage ofpersonal protective equipment during this pandemic because we couldhave never seen a pandemic coming to be prepared. When residentsget sick or come back from the hospital, precautions have to bemade to ensure they did not come in contact with or have COVID-19so PPE is always required when entering their rooms. Unfortunately, this means our facility constantly runs out on these supplies andquick. To develop a study on this issue, some quantitative dataneeds to be taken to determine the amount of equipment neededshould the worse happen. The number of times someone has to walk ina room for a patient would be taken into account as well asdetermining how many patients a care provider sees during a givenshift. This can create new regulations to improve the quality ofcare in our facility and improve quantity of equipment (Cohen &Rodgers, 2020). The study method would be to analyze thequantitative data and determine an average number of equipment forany given patient.
