She has also had difficulty in swallowing food for the past 2 months and has been unable to sleep for past 4 days. She noticed that her hair has become more fine and thinner in distribution recently and neck feels swollen. She currently takes Ramipril 5 mg daily, furosemide 80mg daily and warfarin 2 mg daily.
