Lung sounds: Clear

Bowel sounds: Active

Extremities: Flexed, with good tone

Pulses: 2+ and equal (brachial &femoral)

Reflexes: Moro, suck, gag, rooting, palmer& plantar grasp, Babinski, present

No hip click noted

Spine intact
