CASE 3 Active 4 year old has a scalp wound that will not heal which is now 48 hours old. Patient has a history of delayed wound healing, Father has a history of arthritis, was wheelchair bound at age 45, and died from a bleeding ulcer at age 51. Patient has two siblings: a 7 year old brother with similar issues and a 10 year old sister with no bleeding or wound healing issues.
