Clinical scenarios (mini cases) Patient is a 40-year-old female nurse. While helping move a patient she fell on her right shoulder. She had a (traumatic breakage of a bone). This was diagnosed by using (X-ray beam and computer provide cross-sectional imaging). The bones involved were the (collar bone), (near the point of attachment to the shoulder) (upper arm bone). (elbow) (Chip socket) and (Shin bone-larger of the two lower leg bones). There was limitation of (movement away from the midline of the body) of her right arm as well as limitation of (turning the palm upward)
