Answers to even-numbered questions are located in the instructor materials and are available to approved instructors. Assign the appropriate CPT code(s) for each of the following procedures or services. 1. TENS unit applied by therapist for patient with low back pain, 30-minute visit 2. Thirty minutes of water aerobic exercises with therapist for treatment of arthritis 3. The therapist provided wet-to-moist dressings to promote healing of a necrotic wound of the leg. 4. A physician ordered a reevaluation of a knee injury following a course of athletic training. The 20-minute evaluation included an assessment of the patient’s current functional status and a revised plan of care. 5. The epidermis and dermis wound surface of the arm (approximately 5 sq cm) was debrided with Versajet. 6. The wound surface (approximately 5 sq cm), down to the muscle of the arm, was debrided with Versajet.
