Discuss your thoughts, feelings & beliefs that you have about the Senior Care Experience prior to the clinical experience. Were any preconceptions different after attending the clinical? What was the expierence like from a personal and professional view? Explain and be honest! b. List when, where & what type of Senior Care Clinical you attended. What type of residents live there? What is the mission/vision of the Senior Care program? What is the goal of the program? Who is in charge of the program? c. Describe the experience and one person. Please use initials. Summarize the following: Reason for being there, brief history, nursing assessent and diganosis, interventions, and expected outcomes of the patient. What interdisciplinary team members are invovled with this patient? Did you see meet any of them? d. Discuss how the patient & or family are coping with the illness. Do they have a support system?
