Would like to SBAR the Health Care Provider there isbasic information below but any information missing can be made upto fill in the blanks.
10 year old male, Mat, with a history of mild Asthma, presentsto the health office with visible shortness of breath afterexertion on the playground. Vital Signs T: 99.2 BP 125/86, HR 142and regular, Respirations 36 and shallow, pulse ox is 92% and hehas bilateral expiratory wheezes. Weight: 75 pounds.After speaking with the child, you discover that they are not usingtheir inhaler properly. Include step-by-step education on how touse the MDI inhaler with a spacer on the concept map and educatethe child on asthma triggers and when they may need to use theirinhaler.
