He says nothing hurts him even though e had an open cholecystectomy three days ago. You check his dressing and it seems to be in the right place and is clean and dry. He walks in the hallway during the 10 minutes it takes you to make his bed and straighten his area. You complete his care at 9:45 am 2. Dr Blue changes patient dressing while you assist him as he makes rounds at 8:30 am you notice that there is a lot of pus on the soiled dressing. The wound has an awful odor. 3. When you finish bathing the patient at 10:10 am, you assist her to a chair. She sits there for 10 minutes but cries and says her head hurts when she is up. She foes back to bed and falls asleep 15 minutes later.
