Prepare a scientific method for a western immunoblot: (like in
that of a scientific journal)

The immunoblot is for lipoproteins and the samples are from a
cow, i.e adipose tissue, liver etc and was frozen in liquid
nitrogen immediaely after the sample was taken on the farm.

Assumptions:

1. You should prepare a method with the assumption that the
weight of each sample biopsy can range from 100mg to 1g (the final
weight of adipose tissue should be made clear in your protocol

2. Descibe how you will store the tissue or tissue lysate

3. You need to describe how you will maintain the integrity of
the phosphorylation status

4. You need to describe how much protein per sample.

5. And finally descibe how you will interpret your results and
decribe the expected results
