Problem Based Scenario Questions Overview: Health professionals nowadays are relying more on scenario-based questions, which are designed to test students critical thinking and reasoning skills. Seenario-based questions Scenario I: A 50-year-old man comes to you for “annual checkup”. He tries to explain the changes in its health status. After listening patiently. you feel that the patient is not disclosing all of his information and is trying to hide some important facts Scenario 2. A 60-year-old man has been under your supervision for the past year. He had a kidney failure and was on dialysis. After treatment his condition improved and he was going to be discharged the next day. On that day, when you arrived in the morning, you found that your patient had passed away. Unfortunately, you have to communicate this unfortunate news to the patient’s family – who were excited to take the patient home and were following the formalities of the discharge procedure.
