Aftersteady state had been achieved, a trough concentration of 0.7 mg/Lwas obtained just before a dose, and a peak level of 4 mg/L wasobtained two hours after the end of the infusion, which lasted for30 minutes.
Does T.I.’s dose or dosing interval need to be adjusted sincethe peak concentration was at the lower end of the usual target of4 to 8 mg/L?
