Their excesses may include extreme displays of: Anger, Cowardice or Fear, Pride, Arrogance, Vanity, Cruelty, Stupidity, Greed, Lust for Power, Revenge, etc. The main characters include Achilles, Hector, Helen, Agamemnon, Paris, and Briseis.
