The patient is a 33-year-old man with a history of cardiacdisease and hypertension who suffered a full-thickness burn to hisright foot three weeks ago. He was admitted for an elective wounddebridement and for split-thickness skin graft. In the operatingroom, debridement was carried down to viable tissue. A 4×5-cmsplit-thickness skin graft was harvested from the upper aspect ofthe anterior right thigh. The graft was meshed and applied to theright foot wound. The graft site was secured, and the donor sitewas then dressed with Xeroform gauze. A posterior cast was appliedto the right lower extremity, immobilizing the ankle. Finaldiagnoses and procedure: (1) Full thickness burn to right foot, (2)cardiac disease, (3) hypertension, (4) split-thickness skin graftfrom right thigh to right foot. Assign the appropriate codes.
