complementation analysis, you identify 3 critical genes in the
biochemical pathway for Glutamine, and isolate clones of single and
double mutants for these genes.

When feeding the clones with minimal medium, various biochemical
precursors (), or Glutamine, you
observe the survival behavior presented in the table below (+ means
survival). Use an analysis of epistatis to determine the order of
the biochemical pathway (showing the order of the precursors as
well as the enzymes encoded by the genes A, B, and C, similar to
what we saw in class).
